WE SIGNED THE CONTRACT TO BUILD!

We are excited to involve LOTS of Gustavus Contractors and are ready to welcome the Gustavus Community for Generations through the doors!

Phase I is funded, but we have an option to add Phase II (dedicated exercise room, conference/office space), but WE NEED FUNDS BY SUNDAY NIGHT.

If we can only build Phase I, we will have to 1) continue fundrai$ing, 2) "finish" only part of the building, and 3) subsequently break into the side of the building sometime down the road.

$112,800 has been pledged THIS WEEK for Phase II. We need $33k more to get it roughed in, so we don't have to break the exterior apart later. Can you help now?
