Fitness Center Rules

HOURS OF OPERATION 6 AM – 9 PM

 

1. All users must sign a fitness room use agreement. 

2. All users must either have a fitness membership or pay a daily use fee.

NO SMOKING

NO ALCOHOL

NO FOOD OR GLASS BEVERAGES IN FITNESS AREA

NO OUTDOOR SHOES ON FITNESS FLOOR

USERS UNDER 15 YRS OLD MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT

 

COVID SPECIFIC

IN COVID TIMES, GYM USE IS LIMITED TO ONE BUBBLE AT A TIME

FACE MASKS OR CLOTH FACE COVERINGS REQUIRED

SOCIAL FITNESS – maintain your distance while working on your fitness

SET UP UV SANITIZER AT THE END OF WORKOUT SESSION

IT IS UP TO EACH INDIVIDUAL GYM USER TO PROTECT THEMSELVES FROM COVID RISK

 

GENERAL

  • USE EQUIPMENT AT YOUR OWN RISK

  • USE EQUIPMENT ONLY FOR ITS INTENDED PURPOSE

  • CLEAN AND DISINFECT EQUIPMENT AFTER EACH USE (TOWELS AND SPRAY CLEANER PROVIDED)

  • MAXIMUM WORKOUT TIME LIMITED TO 1.5 HOURS 

 

  • WEIGHTS:  

  1. PUT WEIGHTS BACK AFTER USE.  This should go without saying but it’s the number one rule broken in the gym.  If you can pick it up, you can put it back.  For extra points, if you found a weight somewhere it shouldn’t have been, put it back where it should have been. 

  2. DON’T DROP THE WEIGHTS. 

  • KEEP THE EQUIPMENT WHERE IT BELONGS

  • BRING A TOWEL.  USE IT.

  • RESPECT THE PERSONAL SPACE OF OTHERS  

  • DON’T HOG THE EQUIPMENT 

  • BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHERS
